Our Gym History
The Fluvanna Flyers Gymnastics Team grew out of interest from talented gymnasts in the Fluvanna County and Charlottesville City Parks and Recreation Gymnastics Programs. The team initially practiced in the Fluvanna County Gymnasium. In 1998, the flyers found a home with the formation of Friendship Gymnastics Center at Camp Friendship. The class offerings and teams continue to grow and draw gymnasts from Fluvanna County and surrounding areas such as Albemarle County and Charlottesville as well as more distant communities like Waynesboro and Staunton.Friendship Gymnastics Center's 10,000 Square Foot Gymnasium Features:
